  4. Full hearted Focus forward One step at a time Half hearted Focus on situation Diminishing In every situation there is a choice Choose Heart Loose Heart OR If you loose heart in one area of your life, you will also loose heart in every other area of your life…

  5. Healthy diet Regular exercise Moderation Focus: Enjoyment Positive attitude Healthy Lifestyles • No diet, medication • No exercise routine, cold • Old habits remain • Focus what other expect • Not really wanting to participate

  10. A heart of advise • Keep alert • Stay calm • Don’t be frightened • Don’t be disturbed “It you do not stand firm, you will not stand at all…”

  11. Make a hearty choice Focus on your heart’s desire (Routine, Important choices, Life) Become passionate (Use your senses, all 5) Stand firm in tough times Life is all about choices (choose to have heart)
