  4. Where’s Wanika? • Facilities Fee Advisory Committee • Plans to install a sidewalk on the Ag Arena side of Fox Hollow Road, extending to Orchard Road, ending up at Merkle Lab. There will be lighting. Estimated that the work will be completed by the end of the summer. Funded by Campus Beatification Fund.

  5. 4th Annual Penn State Capital Day in Harrisburg

  6. SBA Inaugural Diversity Banquet and Awards Ceremony • SBA Diversity Committee invited GSA to have a table and I gave a reflection speech

  7. RSO (Registered Student Organization) v. SGO (Student Government Organization) Meeting • GSA, UPUA, CCSG discus with student activities the issue of a separate student government organization category • Extensive conversations around, history, requirements and meetings in the future

  8. GRADUATE CUP • http://www.pennstategsa.com/graduate-cup.html • Sat. April 13th, 2013 • You can still volunteer!!!!!!! • Volunteers are needed through out the day!

  9. 2013 Transition Structure • Allowing any interested candidate to start shadowing a current executive board member • Last Meeting of the Year (Award Meeting) • April 24, 2013 (Location: Law School or Kern) • Obtained Parking Permission from our building manger Law • Lion Shrine Picture option at Kern • On April 10, 2013 will be official transition meeting but current executive board along with new board will share reporting responsibility until the end of the year • All current GSA members in every position need to work on exit memos

  10. Office Items • Women’s Large, Men’s Large and Women’s Small is In • We have tons of Pastel Colored paper in GSA locker! Any committee or delegate that needs paper please email and please state color and how much you need. gsaofficemanager@gmail.com
