Getting Started Administrative support Seek redesign grants/internal and external Know reasons for selecting the course for redesign Select a Team/content expert, timeline, course design, assessment plan Pre/Post Tests and Parallel Courses Think through the model and course redesign Don’t reinvent the wheel Pilot the course redesign Offer parallel courses during the pilot
