Alaska Quaternary Center David and Rachel Hopkins Fellowship In honor of David and Rachel Hopkins, this fellowship supports graduate students conducting interdisciplinary research focusing on the Quaternary of Beringia or North Pacific Rim Beringia Application Deadline: 5 pm 17th May 2013 For additional information, go to http://www.uaf.edu/aqc/ and follow the links for the David and Rachel Hopkins Fellowship • Award:A fellowship up to $1500 will be awarded for use by May 2013. Funds may be used to cover tuition, supplies, equipment, or other research-related fees, excluding salary. • Criteria:To be eligible for the fellowship, graduate students must: • Be enrolled full-time and in good academic standing at UAF, UAA, or UAS. • Conduct interdisciplinary Quaternary research over historic or geologic time scales. • Work on a project located in or relevant to Beringia or the North Pacific Rim. • Deliver a completed application (see below) by 5 pm 17th May 2013 • Application:Submit the following to the AQC director by e mail (mjwooller@alaska.edu): • Completed application form see http://www.uaf.edu/aqc/ and follow the links for the David and Rachel Hopkins Fellowship or e mail mjwooller@alaska.edu • Current C.V.
