to assist states in implementing the revised 9002 and VETS 200 reporting requirements, beginning July 1, 2002 Many of you may be aware that DOL has been involved in a two year process to determine what type of performance measurement system would be appropriate for the Employment Service Labor Exchange and VETS services.
