  3. Wheat allergens • Water/salt-insoluble gluten • Involved in WDEIA (wheat-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis) • Of importance in wheat IgE-mediated food allergy

  4. -5 gliadin – Tri a 19 • A major allergen among water/salt-insoluble proteins • Major allergen in WDEIA • ImmunoCAP f416 contains a recombinant peptide representing the immuno-dominant part of -5 gliadin

  5. Innehåll Föreläsningen kommer att beskriva olika veteallergen med fokus på vetekomponenten omega-5 gliadin. Anafylaxi utlöst i samband med veteintag och fysisk ansträngning (Wheat-Dependent Exercise-Induced Anaphylaxis) kommer att diskuteras.
