Under the Rule of Kublai Khan • China Achieved many things. The grand canal was completed, an observatory was built, trade increased, and China became known everywhere for its wealth and greatness.
The Expansion of the Mongolian Empire Under the rule of Kublai Khan the Mongols expanded their empire over much of the continent and most of China.
The Mongols Effect On China The Mongolians taking over China brought both good and bad. While much of China’s cities were over taken and destroyed, the invasion brought new means of trade and new goods into China.
Overall effect on China Overall, in the end, the Mongolian invasion helped China because it brought them together, brought new means in trade, and kept the Chinese tradition alive.
