Background EMO are currently working with London region to develop a campaign to reach R&M Smoking Muslims prior to Ramadan Brief now extended to Heart of Birmingham PCT to adapt campaign material based on requirement at local PCT level Opportunity for other relevant West Midland PCTs to also ‘buy in’ to proposed activity

    3. Campaign Objectives Target Muslim community at a PCT level in the build up to Ramadan with a stop smoking campaign (utilising and adapting London region campaign materials) Ultimately to generate and increase quit attempts amongst this sector of the community

    4. Muslim Population across West Midlands Region
