  3. Intro (bun): H-A-T • H- Hook Sentence • Imagine risking your life every day to help other people. • A- Attack the Topic • That is exactly what firefighters do. Every day men and women put their lives at risk. It takes great courage. • T- Thesis • Firefighters have one of the most heroic jobs because they selflessly help others and risk it all in the process.

  4. Body (Beef): T-A-P-E-S • T- Topic Sentence • I really love to play soccer • A- Answer the Reader’s Question ???? • Soccer is exciting because I enjoy being active and playing on a team. P- Provide Proof • The game of soccer is always intensely fast-paced! E- Explain Proof • Players are constantly in motion. S- Summary Transition • Therefore, I truly find soccer an exhilarating sport.
