Camping • Seneca Shadows NFS campground • Princess Snowbird aka Yokum’s • 2 Guideshops & 1 gear store (The Gendarme) • General store & restaurant • Visitor Center
Weather • Best climbing in late spring/early fall • No shade in summer on many routes • Known for freak wind and t-storms → epics!
The South Summit Highest landform accessible only via technical rock climbing east of the Mississippi
What to Expect • Smackdown approach • Weekend lines • Tricky rap stations • Falling Rocks
Gear • Two 60 m ropes • Standard rack of stoppers + cams, doubles helpful • Food, water, rain and windgear, sunscreen, headlamps • HELMETS!!!
