Content and structure of proposal to BMZ: Logframe Aim: adult education contributes to poverty reduction Project aim: strengthening the structure of adult education institutions: concepts, provision, institutions Expected results: Adult education provision is improved and adult educators trained Partners and networks in the region and in countries are strengthened Policy dialogue and lobby on local, national, regional and international levels lead to stronger recognition of adult education in policies and budgets
