CMP implementation • TSOs are currently working on the interpretation of the CMP text from the EC decision of 24 August 2012 • The different mechanisms need a detailed analysis by TSOs and further definitions from EC/NRAs • Coordination work must be done at a country level as well as at regional level for a successful implementation • Oversubscription and buy-back mechanisms request a particular evaluation due to the risks/rewards associated for TSOs. • The following CMP implementation roadmap is a first proposal and must not be seen as a formal engagement from TSOs until further precisions are given to the different mechanisms
