Overview of NGM Datalogger Read Collection Process Validate, store & Deliver to customers Provide remote access to Gas Shippers Collect Data from Datalogger Units • Remote Access System • Provide shipper access to hourly interval consumptions to gas shippers. • Update every 4 hours with hourly data Deliver Files to Customers • Metscan / Metretek Main Activities • Collect call data from units • Schedule units for next call slot • Store interval and time of call data • Calculate and store exact 6am reading • Create file’s at scheduled times • DLCS Activity • Receive files and validate for format • Carry out validation routines (consumption, Convertor tolerance etc) • Produce validation warnings and failures for investigation • Create files, in appropriate formats and deliver to shedule • Collect and record changes of shipper, DM Inter/ Firm and NDM status to apply to file delivery • Produce monthly invoice for DM Asset rental and DM read provision charges Calculate and produce DM invoices • DM Invoicing • Produce monthly invoice for DM Asset rental and DM read provision charges
