Subcommittee has BPA proposed format, DOE and EPA documents to review and compare. Ventilation remains a hot topic. The parallel evolution of other documents is an opportunity to mesh with a national effort and not reinvent – but only when it makes sense to do so. Lots of talk around inspections, enforcement and training. Tailor specifications to markets with differing workforce skill sets – i.e. prescriptive air sealing only where no Home Performance contractors serve.
