  1. Child Support Income Verification Process forCustodial Parents CS Income Verification

  2. Effective 09/01/2009: • Custodial Parents (CPs) will have direct access to the Child Support Income information through Child Support Interactive (CSI); • CPs will be able to print or email a Child Support Income Verification Response Form to Housing Authorities. CS Income Verification

  3. Who May Access CSI: • A CP who has a case with the Office of the Attorney General; • Open Case, or • Closed Case • A CP with a Registry Only (RO) case CS Income Verification

  4. To Access CSI: • CP will need their assigned CIN # and PIN # in order to logon to CSI. • One CIN# and PIN# will access all of their cases • CP’s CIN # and PIN # are exclusively theirs and should not be shared. • CPs can obtain CIN# and PIN# • call 800-252-8014 or • Through CSI • The CIN# will be mailed CS Income Verification

  5. CSI – Sign on Screen • Access CSI at https://portal.cs.oag.state.tx.us/wps/portal • Enter CIN # • Enter PIN # CS Income Verification

  19. Closed Case: • If the CP accesses CSI and the case is closed, the response on the Custodial Parent Login screen will state the following: • Your case is closed as of 00/00/0000. If you wish to reopen your case, please call your local office at (800)000-0000. CS Income Verification
