  3. HOW TO USE Use 1-2 times a week to maintain soft and smooth, radiant skin. Start in the shower or bath on clean, wet skin without soap. Soak the mitt and squeeze out excess water, then massage using firm, vigorous strokes up and down your body. Focus on any dry, tough zones like the elbows, knees, and feet using circular motions.
