Presentation Length It’s important not to make your presentation too long, since this may be seen as disrespectful to your audience and/or partner agency, and also because too much information can overload your audience. If you are adding topics to the templates provided, make sure that your presentation does not have too many slides, and that your slides do not have too many words. Try to use only a few bullets per slide and a few words per bullet. After all, more words will not help your audience learn more… In fact, it might make them learn less!
