Station assembly

1. Station assembly • 10 stations polished; enough for cosmic ray test • Polishing quality is as good as that of station 5  scratchy • Used new diamond fly cutter, no further investigation will follow at the moment • 1 station used old design carbon fibre frame  Need to be modified before use (station 8) • Polished stations/connectors to be cleaned • Dead channel in active region will be checked by UV-LED, hands and eyes  first screening • Three more carbon fibres to be machined • Two for assembly, one as a jig for station 8 • All the bundling/connectorising of 15 stations will be finished by end of July • Gluing to carbon fibre frame will follow as soon as they are ready
