APANPIRG, established in 1991 and comprising 16 states, presents conclusions on ADS-B and DFIS to promote coherent development of Air Navigation Plans by identifying and resolving specific problems. Findings presented by the Secretariat at APANPIRG/14 held from 4-8 August 2003.
