  1. ”Shitingeggs” • 6 eggs • 40 g butter • 40 g wheatflour • 5 dl. Wholemilk • 2 tablespoonsfishmustard • Salt, pepper, freshchives

How to cook it! • Cook the eggs for about 7 minutes, 2 eggs for each person. • Melt the butter in a pot add the wheat flour and let it boil with the milk. • Add salt, pepper and half of the mustard, let the gravy simmer, add more mustard to your liking. • Serve the eggs in a hot bowl and pour the gravy over the eggs, lastly add the fresh chives. • Serve with bread and butter.

  3. Hvad der skal til at lave skidende æg 6 æg 40 gram smør 40 gram hvedemel 5 dl sødmælk 2 spsk. Fiskesennep Salt Peber Purløg, frisk

  4. Skidende æg opskrifter • Kog æggene til "smilende æg" (6-7 min). Beregn 1 -2 æg pr. person. Smelt smørret i en gryde, kom melet i og afkog med den kogende mælk. Tilsæt salt, peber + halvdelen af senneppen og lad sovsen koge igennem. Smag til med mere sennep. Læg æggene i et varmt fad og hæld saucen over. Drys med purløg eller persille. Server med rugbrød og smør. Kan også serveres med flæsketerninger.
