GAM3 update 2011 GAM3 PRIORITIES 2011 Five different subgroups - Support - improving after a poor drop - Professional Services - continued improvement - Communication - new in 2010 - Product Enhancement - 40% success rate - New countries - South Africa & Turkey “Meet” via teleconference / Webex, on each, one per month
GAM3 update 2011 LAWSON SUPPORT • Monthly meeting since CUE 07 • Strong Executive commitment • Meetings held on 2nd Monday of each calendar month • Performance “dropped” since introduction of CASE • (CASE stronger in disallowing closure without customer approval) • PLM included in M3 statistics • Negative feedback given by GAM3 to Lawson Executive at CUE 11 • Performance now back on track

GAM3 update 2011 PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT PROCESS (2010) • 453 new enhancement requests • ALL user groups associated with GAM3 provided an input • Excel format • 100 points to be allocated per Maintenance paying customer • Voting - 1 Nov – 17 Dec 2010 • 93 companies voted • Full feedback at CUE 11 – (3rd April 2011)
GAM3 update 2011 PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT PROCESS (2010) Immediate Reaction • Within days of receiving the 2010 Enhancement requests, one of the Lawson development team contacted GAM3 about one of the highest ranking (votes) to request further information. • GAM3 put the developer & requester together to discuss the details • Lawson / GAM3 held a series of WebeX on this associated topics “Mashups & new Information Viewer” on 24 Feb.

GAM3 update 2011 NEW COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT • South Africa included in M3 10.1 • Turkey (Joint Development?) • M3 10.1 satisfies most of Turkish requirements, except language • Draft Contract – checked & amended by Actelion legal team • Turkish government changed rules to comply with EU • Local Turkish partner to undertake language issues • Russia to be next country, followed by Korea?
