Plaza Saltillo Case Study – Intermediate redevelopment phase Different funding sources were successfully sought by several agencies, including TCEQ, EPA, TXDoT, NTSB, HUD and City of Austin. Under the Brownfields Program a Phase I was conducted as a first step to determine what environmental cleanup was necessary and how that would affect future redevelopment.
