  6. Complete WIC ID#s • Examples: Mom • 01016582-01 (eight digits + two digits) • Child • 01016582-02 (eight digits + two digits) • Infant • 01016582-03 (eight digits + two digits)

  7. Variations • When the WIC Clinic does not put the “00” or the “0” in front of the numbers…. • You must add the “00” or “0” to make eight digits + two digits when entering the # in the spread sheet • “00” + 646582-01 = 00016582-01 • Or • “0” + 1016582-01 = 01016582-01

  8. Accurate WIC ID#s are EXTREMLY IMPORTANT
