  3. Central Theme • Warlords have existed throughout different cultures and time. They are created due to weak government, broken professional army and unorganized power.

  5. Main Point • Definition of Warlords • The effect that the Warlords have on society • The change in Warlords during two different time periods. • How to effectively deal with Warlords.

  7. Conclusion • “ A much more systematic approach is needed that would rive the warlord out of the lucrative markets into more competitive area of grey economy where returns are lower, competition is more dangerous, life is harsher and peace settlements seem more attractive.”
