PARK RULES • No alcoholic beverages are allowed • Weapons and sharp objects are not allowed • Glass containers are not allowed • Running, unruly behavior and profanity are not permitted • Pets are not allowed unless a service animal • No outside food • No littering • Those under 48”cannot ride adult rides • Children under 12 must be accompanied by guardian or person 16 years or older. • Do not leave children unattended.

INDIANA TEEN WORK HOURS! • Indiana Teen Work Hours Labor Law Poster will and must be posted for employees to see. • No minor who is 16 or 17 years of age and a student may be employed or permitted to work on a school day after 7:30 a.m. and before 3:30 p.m. unless the employer has on file a written exception issued by the school that the child attends. • Minors 16 or 17 years of age who have graduated from high school or have received a General Education Development (GED) diploma are not subject to the hour restrictions set out below and are not required to obtain a work permit. • TEEN BREAK LAW • As a teen worker under the age of 18, you must receive one or two breaks totaling 30 minutes when you are scheduled to work 6 or more consecutive hours. • EFFECTIVE July 1, 2003 Teens under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a coworker who is at least 18 years of age when working after 10:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. in an establishment that is open to the public.
