  16. Occupational Proficiency • The student has attained 90% or more of the identified occupational competencies. • Does NOT mean a grade of 90%, but successful attainment of 90% of the competencies (standards/benchmarks). • How are you measuring occupational proficiency?

State Vocational Reimbursement(NOT Perkins) • Perkins is Federal $ • State Vocational Reimbursement is State $ • Districts report CTE instructors’ salaries and travel budgets. • In return, “State Approved” programs receive a pro-rated reimbursement. • Last year approx. 5% of reported salary and budget expenses.
