Performance • For each exercise do 5 sets and your reps go as follows: 12,10,10,10,12 • Concentrate strongly on your chest muscles • Pick a desired weight that you will be able to handle for all sets • Drink water!
Super-Set • Bench Press • Followed directly by dumbbell presses • Note: Perform your bench press and immediately after that do a set of dumbbell presses. Then repeat. Super-sets are meant to make you feel tired and there shouldn’t be any breaks.
Flyes • Cable flyes from top • Cable flyes from bottom • Note: These exercises work middle chest and bottom- middle chest.
Inclines • Bench inclines • Dumbbell inclines • These exercises are targeting upper chest so when bringing the bar or dumbbells down to your chest make sure that they are coming down on the upper portion of your chest
Declines • Bench declines • Dumbbell declines • These exercises are hitting your bottom chest muscles. Make sure that you lower your weight to the bottom portion of your chest
Things to Remember • If there is more than one exercise (besides the super-sets) pick one exercise out of that group and perform it on that chest day • Concentrate on the part of the chest muscle you are working • The chest muscles are big muscles. They need rest. So a suggestion is to incorporate your chest routines for example on Mondays and Fridays.
