Chest. 11 . M/63 cough, dyspnea, progressive 3 years, treatment in vain. Dx: Diffuse panbronchiolitis. 12 . M/36 fever, dyspnea SaO2: 60% Denied any systemic diseases. Dx: Pneumocystis Jiroveci(Carinii) Pneumonia. 13 . M/70 No symptoms. Dx: Bronchial atresia.

  6. 13. M/70 No symptoms

  7. Dx: Bronchial atresia.

  8. 14. F/52, Progressive SOB, low grade fever, non-productive cough An aviary in her house

  9. Dx: Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis (Headcheese sign).

  12. Dx : Fat necrosis.

  13. 42. 54 F • Mammography Screening recall • 9 O’clock position felt a nodule

  14. Dx : Adenosis.

  15. 47. 49 Y/O F: Felt right breast mass What is your diagnosis ?

  16. Breast, upper inner quadrant, right, modified radical mastectomy, invasive mucinous carcinoma. • Hint: • Dense circumscribed nodule (mass) • Pools of mucin
