Physical activity • 5 prayers + Taraweeh= low impact, mild aerobic activity with appropriate ROM and stretching exercises • Release of endorphins and other neurotransmitters: Useful for pain and sense of well being
What should we eat: • Sahree: Most important • Over hydration • Complex carb, whole plant based food • (Wheat, brown rice, lentils, beans, veg , etc.) • Iftar: start with dates; water • After prayer: Eat normal food • Avoid abnormal ( Result of cravings)
