  2. Variable Being Tested The variable we are testing is temperature .

  3. Control and Experimental Groups Our control plant will grow in the sunlight. Our experimental plant will get light by the heat lamp.

  4. Our Hypothesis If we put a plant in the heat lamp then it will turn yellow and shrivel.

  5. Observations 2/15/12 On our day our experimental plant is green and healthy but heating up also the temperature is 25°C . 2/24/12 Our experimental is 15 CM and 22°C. Our control plant is 14 CM. They are now equally droopy.

  8. Conclusion Statement From this experiment we learned that plants in heat can grow tall but loose strength and collapse

  9. Hypothesis Statement Our hypothesis was partly right because our plant did not turn yellow but our plant did shrivel up.

  10. Future Experiments In the future we would change our experiment to microwaveable heat.
