Material y Métodos • Cohorte de la Red de Investigación en Sida (CoRIS): • 4.419 pacientes infectados por el VIH naïve para TARGA que iniciaron atención en 31 centros entre enero de 2004 y Noviembre de 2008. • Serología VHB: AcHBs, AcHBc y AgHBs a la entrada en la cohorte (n=2,812) • Susceptible: AcHBc – / AcHBs - • Inmunidad natural (infección pasada): AcHBc + / AcHBs + • AcHBc aislado: AcHBc + / AcHBs - • Vacunado: AcHBc – / AcHBs + • Factores de riesgo: edad, género, exposición de riesgo, nivel de estudios y lugar de origen.

Conclusiones • Un 36% de los pacientes infectados por el VIH son susceptibles al VHB. • 57% si se consideran los AcHBc aislados como susceptibles • Mayores, europeos del este, africanos y usuarios de drogas: menor susceptibilidad • Infección pasada • Jóvenes, mujeres, heterosexuales, españoles y latinoamericanos: alta susceptibilidad. • Ofrecer vacunación SIEMPRE • HSH presentan porcentajes de inmunización mejores • No dejar de ofrecer vacunación
