  4. Human & Physical Features In time, the human features have lowered in Honduras and this is what it looks like compared to the U.S.A. Honduras has 43 times less population than the U.S.A. The population is 6,834,000.Also, Honduras’Infant mortality rate is high at 28.02 % and the U.S.A. is at 6.3! However, Honduras is close in life expectancy with 70.2% compared tothe U.S.A. 78.2%. The total area is 10,714 miles and the U.S.A. has 3,794,083 miles. Honduras also has 14 cars per 1,000 population,compared to the U.S.A. at 789 cars. That summarizes the human and physical features in Honduras.

  5. Flag In time, the Honduras flag has changed since it was adopted on January 9,1866 making it one of the worlds oldest flags. Also, the flag was similar to the United states of Central America, but that came to an end in 1838-1839. As a result, Honduras separated from the United States of Central America in 1838. On the flag, the blue stripes represent the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Plus, the 5 stars represent the 5 nations of the United and Central America’s. In conclusion, that is the Honduras flag and history.

  7. Religion To begin with, Honduras only has one religionwhich isRoman Catholicism. Also, two billion people worldwide practice this religion. In addition, Catholicsbelieve in onegod who is a trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This religion was founded by Jesus Christ in C.30 A.D.,Israel. Catholicsalso believe that after life you will either go to heaven of hell. Roman Catholicism is an important part of Honduras’ culture.

  9. Animals, Plants,& Natural Resources To begin with, Honduras has many plants, animals, and natural resources. One animal that lives in Honduras is the Scarlet Macaw. If in captivity,they can live for 80 years! Also, a plant foundin Honduras is coffee. In addition, there are over 50 different kinds of species of coffee! One natural resource found in Honduras is copper. Did you know that copper is 100% recyclable! In conclusion, there are manyanimals, plants,and natural resourcesfound in Honduras.
