5. Security Secure your testing materials in a location that only the principal and the school test coordinator have access. Establish a daily count in and out of all test materials.

6. Proctors/Training Train your proctors. Make a copy of page 41 for them to sign. The training PowerPoint on the Testing Department�s ITBS web page may be used for proctor training. Keep a record of this training on file.

7. Classrooms Rooms (walls) must be covered of instructional materials for the ITBS (not the CogAT.)

8. Testing Irregularities The most common testing irregularity is �� student not receiving the testing modifications or students receiving modifications that should not receive them. Notify Jan Grace of any testing irregularities immediately by phone: 988-6328 ext 10197 or 338-4617.

9. For students with IEPs that address calculator use : Calculators may be used only on Part 1 of Math Concepts and Estimation and all of the Math Problem Solving and Data Interpretation test. They may not be used on Part 2 of Math Concepts and Estimation test or on the Math Computation test. If a student used a calculator, the bubble of the math section must be coded �Y�.
