  2. Hispanic Heritage Month • Hispanic Heritage Month begins on September 15 to October 15. Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates the history, culture, and contributions of American citizens came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. Hispanic Heritage Month used to last one week then President Ronald Reagan expanded it to 30 days.
