  4. POSSIBLE BARRIERS:Noted in 1998 • Legitimacy • Internal • External • Curriculum • Textbooks • Help!!!!!!! • Faculty • Trained Ph.D. Faculty Needed • Recruitment Difficult • Administrative Location of Program • Varied • Accreditation – One Solution • Could Arise under Certain Circumstances
