  1. แผนการใช้จ่ายเงินกองทุน ปี 2551 - จัดเก็บรายได้และหนี้สิน 600 ล้านบาท - ประมาณการเงินคงเหลือยกมา 1,000 ล้านบาท - กองทุนสงเคราะห์เกษตร 853 ล้านบาท รายรับ 2,453 ล้านบาท รายจ่าย 2,167 ล้านบาท • * รายจ่ายหมุนเวียน 1,220 ล้านบาท • สินเชื่อ 950 ล้านบาท • - ข้าวหอมมะลิ + โค 5 จังหวัด 252 ล้านบาท • - ปาล์มน้ำมัน + โค 6 จังหวัด 195 ล้านบาท • - โคเนื้อ 58 จังหวัด 130 ล้านบาท • - อื่น ๆ 68 จังหวัด 373 ล้านบาท • ซื้อที่ดิน 220 ล้านบาท • หมุนเวียนอื่น ๆ 50 ล้านบาท * รายจ่ายขาด 947 ล้านบาท - ค่าใช้จ่ายตามกฎหมาย , ค่าบริหารกองทุนฯลฯ 80 ล้านบาท - โครงการจัดหาที่ดินฯ เขื่อนสิรินธร 867 ล้านบาท
