  2. What is a kick? • Using one’s foot to strike an object with enough force to make the object move

  3. When would I kick? • Football – field goal, extra point, kickoff, punt • Soccer – pass, dribble, shoot, punt • Rugby – kick, punt, pass • Speedball – kick, pass, dribble

  4. How do I kick? • Every kicker has their own style • Different techniques for kicking (for distance), passing, punting, dribbling • Style of kick depends on the activity RUGBY

  5. Kicking • Football - field goal, extra point, kickoff • Soccer – shot on net, long pass • Rugby – point after touchdown • Speedball – shot on net, long pass next
