  1. Setting up an account • The DODAAC needs to be loaded into DSCP/KYLOC system by CFLCC. • A copy of a DA Form 1687 and a Assumption of Command order will be sent to CFLCC. • The Unit Approvers needs to add himself/herself into https://army.kyloc.com • ADO Administration will assign the Unit Approvers to the DODAAC and establish the funds to be used. • Soldiers/Unit Approver will log on to AKO and request their uniforms. • Unit Approver will research, verify and approve all request.

  2. Click on this button to add Unit Approvers.

  3. Enter the DODAAC that you are assigned to. The DODAAC must be loaded by CFLCC prior to these steps or user cannot be loaded. The system will return a message page (see next slide).

  4. You will receive this message if the DODAAC entered, is not in the ADO system.

  5. Click here to submit All fields must be filled or it will not continue

  6. The user has been added but can not do anything until CFLCC assigns him/her to that DODAAC.
