  5. Before we go into 360 • CRM vs. eCRM – RE was great for donors but not as great for events • What we migrated and what we didn’t • We were able to migrate • All constituents • Historical event info 2008 – 2010 • Historical gift info from 2008 – 2010 • Attributes – now groups, interests and custom fields • We were not able to migrate • Gifts and events prior to 2008 • Usernames and Passwords from the old site • The following gift fields: appeals, notes, soft credit • Roles – Each of you will have a separate username and password for you admin role. SAA to provide. • Duplicate Cleanup – How we did it • Security & MultiCenter – It will operate the same way RE did • What Eds can do in 360

  6. The Convio Back End • Constituent 360 • How you will look up basic biographical information, a list of events the person • has participated in, their donations, groups, etc. • Profile Tab: Biographical info, username & password, accept mail, transaction summary information, change / reset password, find duplicates. • Email required field: fullname@saa.comif they don’t have an email • Org name: First name: NoFirstName • Last name: Company name • Email Preferences Tab: Project for year 2 • Groups Tab: Automatically generated groups vs. manually generated groups • Interactions Tab: How to filter, sort, and get more information • Transactions Tab: Donation information, how to sort, soft credit. The only gifts that appear here are “confirmed.” • Gifts are either cash, credit or check • Gifts are either online or offline • Gifts are either confirmed or unconfirmed

  7. The Convio Back End • TeamRaiser • Individuals - How to track the fundraising and activity of participants within an event. • Finding the TeamRaiser you want • Search across this or all TeamRaisers • Important Fields: Username, distance, total raised • Edit Constituent • Add a person to a team • Make Inactive – Remove • TeamRaiser • Teams - How to track the fundraising and activity of teams within an event. • Teams Tab • View Team Goal and What they raised

  8. Researching Unconfirmed Gifts • Remember – participants cannot enter offline gifts now • “Unconfirmed” gifts do not appear on a transactions tab… They sit within the TeamRaiser until they are confirmed.
