FAAMA New Leader Training New Leader Training – National By-Laws Directors Director of Communications The Director of Communication shall assist the Secretary in maintaining open, frequent, and consistent communication between the Officers, the Board of Directors and the Association membership through the use of direct mail, newsletters, electronic mail, and an Internet-based web site. Director of Corporate Relations The Director of Corporate Relations shall establish and maintain relationships between the Association and the corporate sponsors and members, seeking to associate only with corporations and businesses that would enhance the image of the Association.

FAAMA New Leader Training New Leader Training – National By-Laws (Continued) Directors (Continued) Director of Administration The Director of Administration shall assist the Officers, the Board of Directors, and any committee chair in the performance of their duties by providing counsel and assistance from time to time as requested. Director of Legislative Affairs The Director of Legislative Affairs shall coordinate all the legislative activities of the membership including lobbying, issuing action alerts to the membership, and the preparation of issue briefs.

FAAMA New Leader Training New Leader Training – National By-Laws (Continued) Directors (Continued) Membership The Director of Membership shall establish recruiting goals and incentives for increasing the membership of the Association, and shall report annually to the membership the status of recruitment efforts and campaigns, providing a description of incentive programs. Parliamentarian Parliamentarian shall assist the President and/or Vice President in the conduct of all meetings, providing advice and parliamentary information to the meeting Chair.
