INFORMATION • GRADUATION IS SATURDAY, JUNE 12TH @ 1:00 • REHEARSAL IS FRIDAY, JUNE 11TH @ 11:00. • SENIOR MEETINGS – NOV/ FEB / APRIL / JUNE • JANUARY GRAD MEETING IS JANUARY 8, 9:00 & 2:00 (AM ANTHIS STUDENTS ONLY). • BIRTH CERTIFICATE, SS#, & SR. PINK SHEET MUST BE TURNED IN TO MS. PAT THOMPSON ASAP. THIS INFO IS USED TO ORDER DIPLOMAS. • JANUARY GRAD ADDRESS FORM TO MS. PAT THOMPSON.

TICKETS • TICKETS: • TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION INTO THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY. • TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED TO EACH GRADUATE. • TICKETS FOR FAMILIES 4-PREMIUM (GOLD), 6–GENERAL SEATING (WHITE). • THE GOLD / PREMIUM SECTION WILL BE ROPED OFF AND CLOSER TO THE GRADUATES. • ADDITIONAL GENERAL SEATING TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. • THERE WILL BE ENOUGH TICKETS FOR EVERYONE.

  4. CEREMONY • NO PASS OUTS AFTER 1:10, DOORS WILL BE LOCKED. • GRADUATES WILL RECEIVE EMPTY DIPLOMA COVERS DURING CEREMONY. • DIPLOMAS WILL BE HELD BELOW. • DIPLOMAS WILL BE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CEREMONY. • THE DIPLOMA OF ANY STUDENT DISPLAYING DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WILL BE PULLED. • ONLY SCHOOL ISSUED CORDS & STOLES CAN BE WORN. • THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS CORDS ISSUED BY THE US MILITARY. • NO MILITARY UNIFORM CAN BE WORN. • NO PICTURES ON FLOOR DURING CEREMONY. • THERE WILL BE STAFF WATCHING FOR MISBEHAVIORS. • IF ANY MISBEHAVIOR, A MEETING MUST BE SCHEDULED WITH PRINCIPAL TO PICK UP DIPLOMA THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

IMPORTANT DATES Important Senior Dates to Place on Your Calendar • January 8             January Grad Meeting         9:00 & 2:00. •  February 10 Graduation Meeting 9:30 & 1:30 • April 16                   Distribution of caps, gowns, grad materials                               Commons area. • April 21 Senior Recognition Practice-Aud.  9:30 a.m. • April 21 Senior Recognition Program – Aud.  7:30 p.m. • April 28 Graduation Meeting 9:30 & 1:30

IMPORTANT DATES • May 1                   Prom at Scottish Rite -  Auditorium       8 p.m. – 12 a.m.      May 2                  After Prom /location / TBD           12:30 – 3:00 a.m. • May 6                    Practice for Honors Program – Gymnasium       9:30 a.m. • May 6                    Honors Program & Reception – Gym/Cafeteria      7:30 p.m. • May 18                   Senior Picnic - courtyard                                     5:30 p.m. • TBD                       Nelson Awards – Senior last day (last period)

  7. VERY IMPORTANT DATES • June 11 MANDATORY -Commencement Practice – Coliseum Main Arena (11:00-1:00)                           Further information will be sent to you in a letter which will be sent to you in April. (You must be at the practice to participate in                            the Commencement Ceremony.)  • June 12      Commencement Ceremony at 1:00 p.m. in the Coliseum  (main arena). Report to the Coliseum lower level by 11:30 a.m.
