We may have a different background, speak different languages but we SERVE THE SAME PURPOSE! There is no room for EGO in service clubs! • Being part of Kiwanis identifies the EXTRA Responsibility you have accepted!

Therefore, present your check (donations) in front of your club (during the meetings)!!

BE A TEAMPLAYER, Let’s learn from each other. Keep in mind that we are all volunteers! IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DO IT, DON’T! Let’s have new members try new things. Have them make their mistakes. But older members will have to learn to be supportive and pick you up if you are failing. Bear in mind. If a member has a great time, he will come back. Service will follow automatically. IF YOU DON’T CHANGE, YOU WILL DIE!

Therefore, also focus on Growth. • Use the Free Youth Programs via Internet -> If your club is not using them, shame on you, but thanks for paying! Look at the website’s. • Don’t sell yourself short! Be proud of what you do! • This K-year: 1000 new members in this district. Next year you’ll get a refund on the membership dues.
