Topics to address: Why is the this a good book? What should your friend know before reading it? Is your book a “classic?” Why or why not? • Work on Flash Fiction Presentation • Vocabulary: New words: “geo”= earth • 1. Definition, 2. Sentence, 3. Synonym/Antonym, 4. Copy them in your notebook, exactly as they’re written. Answer the following: What do the characters voices sound like? How do you know? Does the author use other punctuation to “show” you how the voice sounds? What other punctuation do you notice in the dialogue?
