Message composition. Message encoding. Oxford defined Communication as: 1. The imparting or exchanging of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium, such as Television (TV) and nowadays the Internet which are effective tools for communication.

In our world today, Social Media tools are not only means of communications but very handy and mobile most at times. So, the importance of this capacity building cannot be over-emphasised, because even the tools of communicating and receiving information have continued to change and change our world. Hence, CSOs are urged to take their capacity building seriously and more seriously their means of communications to their various communities as mark of improved commitment.

So, sometimes, we are not paying attention to what we post. Its VIP to also, even after posting a comment or note to take a second look at it so if there is need to edit and delete within a given time frame, one can easily do that. Use of location is good at times, but often it goes to show we are not at home and paves the way for thieves or robbers to attack our homes.

Many work places block the use of social media during work hours to avoid people becoming nuisances at work places, etc. You should avoid posting same thing on Twitter, Facebook etc when you are not a news media recognised for such purpose its not good enough and does not make you smart

Privacy is a common word but should not be taken lightly. Social Media is good for presentation of products and corporates could accept as many as possible but privately not ideal because it could hunt you later. Just have in mind that the Internet which is the bases for all social and new media communication is not private and very often does not forget . Be the change you want by communicating appropriately!
