  3. Potential Wind W/WCollaboration

  4. Summary • We believe this paves the way for a collaborative watch/warning process which NHC/SSU has decided to pursue as a path to implement the SSA/SSW. See item 12-10. • It also offers possibilities to expand the concept to the wind side helping streamline watch/warning process. • We seek for the conference to endorse this effort and to help: • Lobbying agency to allocate resources to complete its development in support of a potential 2015 implementation of SSA/SSW (item 12-10). • Resources will also help complete a prototype for evaluation by the Wind side at NHC with potential implications to the large watch/warning collaboration process.
