Ingredients: 3 ripe mangos. Directions: You should effectively peel and chop both varieties of mangoes (ripe and raw mangoes). You should grind them in mixer jar. You should add half a cup of water to make a smooth puree. You should transfer this puree to a wide saucepan. Switch on the flame and bring it to boil. You should add sugar and ¼ cup of water. You should add pinch of yellow food colours from Anuja Food Colours to add visual appeal to frooti. You should keep stirring in constantly. You will notice that the mango mixture will start to thicken after around 5 minutes. You should cook this mango mixture for at least 2 minutes. You should switch off the flame.
