1 tablespoon orange zest Pinch of blended orange colour from Anuja Food Colours (as desired) For the orange glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice Pinch of blended orange colour from Anuja Food Colours (as desired) Directions: You should preheat your oven to 180°C. Also, you should grease a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray or butter.
