I have been working in the software industry since 2002 and have been practicing agile methods since 2008. I was responsible for agile transitions from waterfall to agile and transferred cross- functional teams into scaled agile frameworks (LeSS and SAFe). In addition to my main projects as a Scrum Master, I also accompany companies and teams (including non-IT areas) as an Agile Coach in the introduction of agile methods, give training in Agile Project Management (Scrum & Kanban) and development methods (e.g. Test-Driven-Development).   I work both, on-site and with distributed teams (offshore and nearshore), and have experience in startups, SMEs and multinational companies from different industries.
