  1. HOW TO FIX FAULTY NOX SENSOR IN BMW 758713003 CONTINENTAL 5WK96621H ?

  2. Run diagnostic for your vw car if fault codes points to the nox sensor get in touch with info@xenons4u.co.ukfor advice and spare parts !

  3. ORDER SPARE PARTS FOR DIY FIX THERE IS NO NEED TO SPEND A FORTUNE TO FIX IT

  4. Let's begin fixing NOX Sensor's malfunction

  5. Step 1 REMOVE FAULTY CONTROL UNIT FROM YOUR BMW VEHICLE.

  6. Step 2 Ready your tools! •Cutter/knife  • Soldering iron  • Electrical tape   • Scissors

  7. Step 3 • Gain access to carry out. • Make sure it is tightly gripped. Pull back the protective rubber from the unit.

  8. Step 4 Split Cables Using: • KNIFE • SCISSORS SHARP CUTTING TOOLS Please Note: DO NOT CUT ALL WIRES AT THE SAME LOCATION, CUT THEM IN DIFFERENT LENGTH FOR PROPER FIX.

  9. Step 5 BEFORE DOING DIY FIX WITH PARTS FROM XENONS4U • Part is not damaged. Make sure connectors are good.

  10. Please note! OTHERWISE SENSOR WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY AND SHOW UP WITH THESE FAULT CODES, U029E00 U029E U029D  MAKE SURE EACH WIRE IS WRAPPED UP CORRECTLY.

  11. Step 6 USE SOLDERING TOOLS TO METAL EACH CABLE'S CONNECTION FOR A LONG LASTING FIX

  12. Step 7 AFTER SOLDERING WIRES YOU SHOULD END UP WITH THE SAME RESULTS AS IN OUR PICTURE

  13. Step 8 • APPLY HEATER ON WIRE. • LET THEM SURROUND SOLDERED PLACES PROPERLY. MOVE HEAT SHRINK TUBES ON THE SOLDERED PLACES.

  14. That's it! YOUR NOX SENSOR IS NOW FIXED AND COULD BE FITTED BACK TO YOUR CAR!

  15. Please Note IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO DRIVE A CAR FOR AROUND 100 KM/MILES TO LET CAR'S ECU TO GET NEW VALUES AND RESET THE SCR SYSTEM, AFTERWARDS FAULT CODE WILL DISAPPEAR.
