It improves communication and accountability. , , They are very accountable. I’ve worked with offshore development before, and their schedules can be unpredictable. The fact that Allshore works U.S. hours, Eastern time zone hours, 8 to 4, is extremely helpful. I don’t have to be up at 3 a.m. to manage the team. They accommodate the U.S. development cycle nicely. , , Allshore has people who are in the chat room all the time; you can’t get much better than that. Customer service is a strength, as is the way they handle all the backend work. We don’t have to worry about their schedules, counting their hours, or anything like that, which we had to do with everyone else.
